LEARNINGSTYLE ASSESSMENTS AND PERSONAL CONSULTATION

If any family wants to book for a personal consultation, then you have to fill in the learningstyle forms before the actual personal consultation. I do these consultations the two days after the SEMINAR on home education. I consult from 08h00 – 20h00, two hourly. Please book with Dynamis as soon as possible.

It is important that you come to the consultations with the forms filled in by both parents and for your children. You will find it difficult to do the assessment

with children younger than 6.

Personal consultations .

Cost R200,00 per family for two hours + learningstyle assessments.

There are two options for the learningstyles:

Electronically
Manually

A. Learningstyle assessment through Crelate: www.crelate.com

This is a combination of the brainprofile of Dr. Kobus Neetling, the work of Crelate and the learningstyles of Cynthia Tobias.

Career guidance will be included.

You will receive a 17 page report for each member by e-mail.

Print it out and bring it with you. I will only receive a summary by e-mail from Crelate.

(Phone Crelate at 082 940 9280 if you have any problems or if you cannot do the assessment on the e:mail but want it to be faxed to you.) Crelate is doing this service for Dynamis. The

electronic assessment must be done at least 3 days before you personal consultation. If it must be posted to you, the assessments must be done about two weeks before your personal consultation.

Price: R60,00 for first member of family

R40,00 for second member

R20,00 each for all other members

( must be older than 12)

YOU PAY DIRECTLY FOR THESE ASSESSMENTS TO CRELATE (either by banking into their account or electronically) AND WILL PAY YOUR R200,00 CONSULTATION FEE AT THE DYNAMIS CONSULTATION.

Do it as soon as possible so that you can have your printed report

with you when you arrive at the consultation.

If you want to use a cheaper, not so complete, and manual version, then you can get the forms at the evening of the presentation from Dynamis. You will then have to fill this in before the consultation.

YOU WILL PAY FOR THESE ASSESSMENTS WITH YOUR R200,00 CONSULTATION FEE AT THE CONSULTATION.

Price: R20,00 for first member

R20,00 for second member

R10,00 each for all other members.
