The end of the year (and the Millenium!) is almost upon us. To acknowledge our children's efforts over the past year, the WCHSA will be organizing an event where the children will be awarded a certificate of year completion, and a book gift (to be provided by the parents). Our special thanks to Warwick Butcher who designed and sponsored the certificates. One or two of our children will provide a bit of light entertainment. The children will be called up in the following age groups: younger than 6 years; 6-8 years; 9-11years; 12-15 years; 16 years and over. There will also be a photographer to capture each child's special moment. If you intend being there, please complete the form at this link, one form per child, so please make copies as required.
to reach us no later than 2nd December, 1999. Book gifts are to be provided by the parents, with a card inside the front cover, protruding from the top of the book with the child’s NAME and SURNAME clearly marked on the card to aid identification. Please hand the books in at the entrance, where they will be filed in the appropriate age category along with the child’s certificate.
Please be there early
enough to hand in the books before we start!
